The hotel staff, especially David, was professional, helpful, and kind. The newly renovated rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The hotel offers a shuttle service to La Guardia Airport.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and well taken care of thanks to the hotel's great location and shuttle service. The on-site restaurant had delicious food, and the staff, especially Ken, provided exceptional service and made us feel welcome. The lobby was impressive, with a bar and grill open until midnight. Our room was clean and comfortable, with fast elevators. The daily room cleaning and convenient bus stop in front of the hotel were added bonuses. The newly renovated rooms were modern and spacious, with attractive bathroom features and a good-sized TV. The presence of complimentary tea and toiletries, such as toothbrushes and travel-sized toothpaste, added to our overall satisfaction. The check-in and check-out process was quick and friendly.

Many things to mention - everything was clean, outstanding food, magnificent views. The staff were decent and showed us the goodon-site casualrestaurant.

The room was beautiful and I loved the pool, it was nice. The breakfast was tasty and they serve it in the restaurant.

Great location close to the airport and Queens College. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and had a good variety. The gym had everything I needed for a quick workout, and the room wassuper clean and cozy. I had a pleasant stay at the Marriott.
